Please note this extended warranty excludes the battery, any modified devices, and faults arising from manufacturer’s software updates.

Each and every device we sell goes through rigorous tests to make sure it works like new. We then polish out scratches (if needed) and use a bespoke pricing process, based on cosmetic state and market value.

On top of the 24-month warranty, you can bring any device you buy from us back for a free annual MOT. We’ll check the key vitals, make recommendations and throw in 25% off on non-warranty repairs.

We are so confident in the quality of our phones that we’ve removed the grading system! All phones work like new and come in excellent condition. And if we have a device with any cosmetic imperfections, it will be reflected in the price. Simple!
